Ouch, I'm sad to say there's not a lot you can do hon. I mean, if she really likes it and it's not hurting anyone except her reputation, you can't really say anything. I wouldn't suggest telling your parents because that'd just make her hate you and she'd keep right on doing it anyways.
But if you're really worried about her, I think you should her down and talk to her. Ask her why she acts this way. Maybe she has some problems at home she needs to talk about. It's not normal to do this and you should talk to her about it. Maybe she just feels like there's something missing in her life.
Although normally I'd say it's too young, I think you should recommend to her that she gets a boyfriend. Tell her that once she's found someone special she'll be so much happier. Someone that doesn't want her just so that he'll get some, but someone that actually cares about her.
But yeah, ultimately it's up to you. I'd talk to her first and find out what's going on, 'cause it's not normal. Tell her how much it'll hurt her reputation, but make sure you're not aggressive about it or you'll just push her away.
