Hello There,
So there is this junior at my school, he is really good looking and athletic and amazing but I've heard that he plays girls. He has had a girlfriend on and off since 7th grade they arnt speaking right now. I'm kind of falling for him...and I'm suppose to go to a party with him tomorrow but I don't want to go if there is no hope for like dating him. We are already pretty good friends what should I do?

Considering I am probably late given the time differences...I will do my best to give some advice.
Good looks = temporary
Athletic = temporary
Amazing = in what context? flirting with girls?
You say he has had a girlfriend on and off since 7th grade - given that you are still young, he is not one who seems very mature and responsible. I don't know the situation for their on/off relationship but this doesn't look like a good sign...then again I could be wrong, the guy might be a nice kid after all.
I wouldn't rush into dating him or even think about that yet until you are sure that his feelings for the other girl have subsided. You don't want to be hurt and I am sure he doesn't either - so just wait till you see some signs do not jump in until you test the waters. He might be on a rebound and youre probably just what he needs until he realises he likes his gf again - so be careful try to control your emotions.
My advice is to keep it cool for a bit and see if he acts upon anything - maybe hang out see movies go shopping do what friends do out of school as its a different perspective from a school...try and see if you really want to date this guy or not then come and ask me some more questions and we can figure out where to go from there. Keep us updated!
