AboutDan Expertise Being a senior in high school, I have been through it all. High school's been the best and worst years of my life. I can answer anything from relationship problems to self image issues. I have been to many schools and I know how hard it is to make friends and want nothing more than to be accepted. I've learned patience and acceptance and I just want to help you guys out in any way I can =)

Experience I have been a camp counselor several times in the past. Whenever some of the kids I was looking after had a problem they came to me to help work it out.
Organizations Not really religious, but I help out the community church down the road by playing saxophone and piano for them whenever they put on a production.
Education/Credentials I'm a senior in high school and therefore have first hand knowledge of the subject.
Awards and Honors I'm an Honor Role student and I received the top academic award for my grade last year (the Dux award).
Question Im about to be a senior next year and I suddenly have a fear of how my life can turn out. For some reason, I've become afraid of wat my life will offer me later on. Im almost goin to college and I still dont kno wat I wanna do. One day im interested in writin lyrics, another day im givin advice to my friends, other days I want to have a career dat wont upset my parents (really want to be in the entertainment bizz, but they think its a waste of goin to skool). I never had a girlfrend, dont kno who I can go for, and afraid I might end up alone. I have no idea how to deal wit these problems.
Answer Haha don't worry so much man!!
I'm in my first year of University and I still don't know what I wanna do, so it's really not a big deal. I always wanted to be a stage actor, and believe me, my parents weren't too impressed with that either, but now I'm not sure. The best way to go into things is to study what you enjoy, because there's not a lot of point working somewhere you're miserable. Better to be happy and not making a lot than miserable and rich. 'Cause after all, when you die, will it really make a difference what your job was or what you studied? What's important is you doing what makes YOU happy. And don't let anyone stop you.
