High School Life/CRUSH!!!!!!!

Question
Hey!
It's sort of strange telling someone i hardly know about this, but ok, here goes:
I've been friends with a guy since I was in fourth grade and he was in seventh. We chatted together and holed up in my (or his) room and talk about our dreams and wishes for the future. I had a kind of crush on him then, and he liked  me too but i never figured out if it was serious or just matey.
Then we had a quarrel (i was only 8-9, remember!) and my mum lost touch with his mum and my dad didn't work with his dad anymore, and i gradually lost touch with him, except the once-a-year parties I went to with my mum and dad and he was there too, and sometimes we chatted.
Then, me and my mum moved out of the country and now, after about two years, I'm back to stay with my dad. And I never stopped liking him. Turns out that my dad still sees him sometimes but now I'm 13 and he's about 16 and I'm DYING to see him and talk to him and somehow make him understand that I'm nuts about him. He's not amazing looking or anything, but he's soooooooooo cute and funny when he's not in a huff with you!
Can you help me? How can I see him... and when i do, what shall I DO?!?!?!?!?!????????????

Answer
Haha

Wellllll, if you were friends once, surely you can be friends again.  Just catch up with him.  It'll be easy as- you'll have so much to talk about.  See if he's maybe still into you, and if not, work your womanly magic and seduce him.  Haha.

Best of luck,
Dan
