Question After a swordfight and an immortal getting beheaded, what happens to the
body? Is the victorious immortal responsible for cleanup or does the body lie
where it falls? Does the victor dispose of the body and claim the loser's sword?

At first(in the movie), the police would find the headless body and investigate the "murder"; after a while (in the series) I think they didn't want to make Highlander a police show, so they kind of dropped it and simply we didn't heard about the bodies anymore. The victor didn't dispose the body and he/she didn't claim the loser's sword, although I believe there could have been be exceptions.
