Hello! How can I create a Highlander fan club? Or where can I find any information how to create it?

It all depends on what the purpose of the club is going to be, and if you want it to an official club or something you do yourself.

You can also search the internet for fan clubs and see if one has what you are looking for and ask them if you can start a local chapter.
