I would advise not by a pda with the gps built in, because the Gps is very hard on battery life. Prizes, size, battery life and performance of gps mouses have improved a lot. With an MTK based blue tooth mouse you can probably use navigation all day, depending on your pda. Some programs will give you a hard time because they will use the internal gps by default, which will drain your battery in less then an hour.
