Question
Dear Sir,

1.How does hard work lead to mental maturity?

2.Would hard work by itself lead to mental maturity or is this
need to be done in right direction/with proper decisions/guidance.

3.Does universe have no regards for the hard work done. Doesn't it show the willingness of the person to achieve something?

4.Would this mean that hard work/effort has no effect on outcomes/
things that would ultimately happen and therefore we should give up on outcomes of an action.

Answer
1.How does hard work lead to mental maturity?

As you work hard your capability and skill levels are increasing. In addition, your intelligence grows. Finally, you will realise that what you call as success is ephemeral and not eternal. And that is mental maturity.

2.Would hard work by itself lead to mental maturity or is this
need to be done in right direction/with proper decisions/guidance.

Hard work with a view to achieve success is more than enough. There is no need of any guidance. As you move forward you will be automatically guided in the right path.

3.Does universe have no regards for the hard work done. Doesn't it show the willingness of the person to achieve something?

YES. Universe has LOTS of regards for the hard work. ONLY WHO WORK HARD can hope to achieve Eternal Happiness, which I call as Joyful Living. It is impossible for lazy/stupid people to achieve this goal.

4.Would this mean that hard work/effort has no effect on outcomes/
things that would ultimately happen and therefore we should give up on outcomes of an action.

You are right. But what you say is out of your theoratical knowledge. You need to work hard to achieve success and with experience you will realise the truth in your statement.

Thanks for asking these serious of questions. If you need more clarifications post one question at time although they all are on a same topic. My suggestion is to post just one question and after receiving the answer, post the next.

Best wishes,
