Question
Sir,what determines the success or outcomes??
Does hard work determines success or good karma?
Eg. I pass in the exam because of my hard work or because of good karma?

Answer
Dear Rahul,

Thank you for your question.

Karma means "action." Your own actions, good or bad, determine most outcomes in life. Hard work now can overcome bad karma in the past, but the result will usually be the cumulative result of present and past actions.

Therefore, do not wait for some magical "karma" to help you achieve your goals. Work hard, do your best honestly and without hurting others, and in time you will reap the rewards you have earned.

Best wishes,
