Question
Is realization of our mistake worth than asking sorry whom we have hurted?

Answer
Hi,

Yes, it is important to realize the mistake and ALSO we need to ask for forgiveness of those who are hurt by our actions. Realizing our mistakes will ensure that we do not commit the same mistake again. Asking for forgiveness will be counted as a good deed (punya) since it helps the other person to mitigate his suffering.

So it is not the question of this or that. It is preferable that we do both.

Thanks for asking this question. Will be glad to be of any help in future as well.

Best wishes,
