Aryans adopt sacrifying animals for pleasing gods because god gave them pain and trouble. Aryans understood that that by serving extortion/ bribe they could get some relaxatios from painful, exploiting gods. So aryans started serving sacrifice. After the end of god's era aryans continued the same ritual of sacrifying animals in the name of gods and enjoyed the cooked flesh and adopted the proffession i.e. Brahmin. Created "srtushti" (social organisation) in 4 varnas.
