Question Hello, I was recently fired from my retail workplace for a complete and utter stupid thing I did- I took money ($40). Before an investigation was started into the missing funds, I admitted to my manager what I had done, and like I said I was terminated. There were no charges pressed against me and I fully returned the money. I am curious as to what it states on my record as the reason for my dismissal, and if this situation would hinder me in dream of becoming a Flight Attendant. You were terminated for theft and most likely your employee record will reflect exactly that. I do not know the requirements for being a Flight Attendant but I would contact the airlines you are planning to apply to. Good luck!
