As a hiring manager or Recruiter, would you consider asking candidates to present a copy of their most recent performance assessment as part of the interview process?
You can ask for it but some companies prohibit giving copies of performance reviews to ex-employees. The main problem that I see with getting a performance review is how to authenticate the document because it can be altered. The recommend using a background check company to do a professional reference for their last supervisor or boss. If you are trying to dig digger to see if they are any issues it would come out with a professional reference. Hope this helped and good luck.
