I am not familiar with Canadian law, But I do have a good knowledge of UK and USA law. I guess that Canadian law is based on the UK law.

The fact that you will brew ingredients to make an alcoholic beverage, would make you a brewery.

If your are brewing alcoholic beverages for anyone other than yourself would more than likely bring you under the scrutiny of either the Excise Tax, Alcohol Beverage Control or the Canadian equivalent.

The fact that you make make it for them would deem you to be a Brewmaster.

IF you were to brew the beverages on their premises with their equipment then you would be an employee or contracted individual.

You would then only be selling your expertise.

Personally I would not touch this until it was cleared by the governing agency.

I wish you well with your venture, But there other more lucrative ways of earning money and having fun.

Good Luck
