Question Hi, I wasn't sure who to ask--I'm hoping you may be able to help.
I have an internet "business" that I really don't make much money on -- maybe $1k/year because its seasonal.
My question is this (I'm in WA state). If I want to register my "brand name", do I need a business license? (I currently have an inactive license.)
I guess I'm not quite sure how all of this works. Any advice would be wonderful--I'd like to keep away from the business license but still be able to reserve my "brand name". Is that even possible? I just want to make sure I do it the right way so I dont' get in trouble!
Thanks!
