I am looking for a home based work. Though I am a post graduate in HR and have 8-10 years of work exp. in HR as well as recruitment consulting, I cannot go to work outside because of my small kid!

I have a PC and internet connection. I am looking for a genuine homebased work that can give me good financial income. Please advise!

If you are looking for a job that is home-based, then I can't be of much help. I really don't know much about securing this type of employment.

As far as a home business goes, the possibilities are nearly endless. What do you love to do? What interests and skills do you have that you can turn into a business.

No one can make the decision about which business is right for you. This is something that you will have to do yourself. Once you start thinking about what you can do and what you really want to do, the ideas will start to come quickly. The hard part will be choosing.
