Home Cooking/Chicken Italiano recipe

An Italian restaurant close by serves a dish "Chicken Italiano" which is several cuts of chicken breast combined with broccoli and sliced mushrooms served over pasta.  Wonderful!
Any ideas on a similar sounding recipe that I might try at home?
Thanks much

Hi Len.  Sounds like you had a great experience.  I'm not sure what else what was in your dish since "Chicken Italiano" can mean many different recipes.  See if the recipe below looks like it might be the one.  If there are different ingredients in your dish, let me know and we can define it further.  Happy dining.

Chicken Italiano

1 1/2 to 2 lbs. chicken cutlets, cut into chunks
1 bunch of fresh broccoli, cut into chunks
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet, melt butter with oil. Saute garlic, then add chicken. Cook until slightly brown. In same skillet, add broccoli, mushrooms, broth, and wine; cover with lid and cook for 8-10 minutes.  Adjust seasonings.  Serve over pasta.
