Question
My son is a recent stay at home dad with their new baby.
He has extremely limited cooking strengths
He can grill and boil water....
I want to get him a few cook books but I'm looking for
'Simple' easy to prepare meals (nothing microwave)
I just can't find any beginner cooks books that look like they
Won't insult him....

Any ideas on cook books?
Much thanks
Nina

Answer
Hi Nina,

I would recommend "America's Test Kitchen Family Cookbook". Its a great book for beginners and each step is clearly explained. Also, have you considered a cookbook of crockpot meals? There are so many great crockpot recipes and the prep couldn't be more simple!

Happy Cooking,
