Broth seems to have a lot of sodium as well- clam juice has very little sodium (8oz only 30 mg!)

Experience

I have been actively cooking for family and friends for twenty years, and acting as full-time family chef for over ten. I have also prepared meals for a child care center, an outdoor outfitting company, and various community events. I have worked in resturants but never enjoyed the low-quality ingredients & tools available.

Education/Credentials
I have received no formal culinary education. All has been provided by experienced family members, including my grandmother, mother, and father. I compliment this with constant reading, researching, and experimenting.
