About Sandra Williams
(Top Expert on this page)

Expertise
I'm very inventive and can improvise ingredients when the ones called for are not on hand. Baking cookies, pies, muffins and squares are my favorite, but have not perfected yeast breads. I'm skilled at home cooked meals and have a talent for making flavorful meals with spices and can stretch them for many people.

Experience
I've worked in bakeries and taken courses, but most of my experience came from experimenting and cooking at home for my family. I have a huge cookbook collection and enjoy reading them and modifying the recipes.

Education/Credentials
Cooking courses as well as nutrition, food safety and diet modifications.
