Answer This is NOT a project to take on lightly. Renovations can take all your time and more money than expected. Baths and Kitchens are the largest and most needed remodels. Total baths...$6000. Total kitches...$5000 to $20000. Most rooms need paint and trimout. New carpet or flooring...$ .50 to 5.00 per foot. Curb appea it how it sells. Can you afford landscapes and general roof maintenance. It adds up fast.
