Question I have noticed a crack above my bedroom door and there is a crack in the masonry on the back of my house. In addition my floors are squeaking and seem to be sagging in areas, are all of these issues due to a foundation problem or is this two separate issues?
Answer Miriam,
This is most likely a foundation issue and you should have a reputable foundation service take a look at it for you.
The shifting of the floors and the crack in the block tells me that this could be a serious problem down the road if not taken care of.
You can ask around or visit Angie's list to find a foundation service in your area.
