Question Hi Bill, I picked you because of the volunteer work that you do for seniors/elderly. Thanks in advance for answering my question.
Have 2 doors without manufacturers name, that require four (4) wheels. The wheels are encased in a metal box 2" X 3" approx. There is one large screw on the door bracket that holds the metal box. I've looked in Home Depot, and ACE hardware. Let me know if you require any more information.
Answer Don,
You are more than welcome Don, anything I can do to help, unfortunately, Ace would've been the place I would've sent you to.
Here where I live there is a "Do it yourself" or True Value hardware, they are very knowledgeable in this type of thing. If you have one in your area you might try them.
Without getting new doors, I would go to the H.D. or lowes or menards and look at their doors to see if there is one similar to yours or if they have any universal replacement parts.
Good luck with this Don, I know that parts like this can be very difficult to find, I think they do that on purpose so you'll have to buy new doors.
