Question
Should you insulate the outside walls of an older home with plaster walls. I read that it settles to the bottom of the wall, becomes wet as moisture seeps through the plaster and becomes a mess, harboring bugs and possibly termites.

Answer
Dick- You should absolutely insulate your home. Much of what you have heard used to be true, however new advancements in materials quality and performance have been made. Check with a local insulation contractor about this. Be sure to get references.......
