Question
Hello,
I was hoping you could answer a quick question for me. I'm a beginner with home improvement projects and I'm working on regrouting my shower. I'm ready with all of my supplies except for one. I'm having a hard time figuring out what brand of tile/grout sealer I should use when I'm finished. Do you happen to have any recommendations on the best shower sealer you've used? Thanks in advance, I appreciate your time.  Sincerely, Robert

Answer
Hi Robert,
Good for you!!  These are exciting times when you start working on your own home or start doing your own projects.  Get those hands dirty!!  It's a great feeling when you start accomplishing some projects.

Now, to your question. What type of grout are you using?  I prefer an epoxy grout - it's generally less porous than a sanded portland type grout.  And, in my opinion, an epoxy grout does not require a sealer.

Now if you are using a sanded grout then my favorite is Aquamix.

Another good one is Stonetech.

That should do it - if yo have any questions let me know.  Good luck and keep it up!
