AboutSteve Young Expertise I will answer questions dealing with home improvement. My specific areas of expertise are flooring (except carpeting), all types of carpentry, water treatment, and minor electrical. Education/Credentials I have a BS in Environmental Engineering and have done Masters work in Management Development. I have also attended various community college and fine arts classes in the Piedmont Triad area and EPA water quality certification classes.
Question Hi. I was all set to replace my Anderson window screen, when i discovered that it didn't have rubber splines but had metal bars on the side of each side!? How do I proceed? Thanks.

Go to: http://www.andersenwindows.com/ In addition to being one of the best (if not the best) window manufacturing company, Anderson has one of the best internet sites I have ever seen. They have complete installation instructions on every product that they make. Look up your particular window and you will be able to find what you need.
