Home Improvement (the TV Show) - Tool Time Set prop

Expert: Duncan Taylor - 1/21/2009

Question
What is that green, wood-boxed, glass covered prop seen by the main `Tool Time' entrance? It looks Native American in design, or like a Japanese Pachinko machine.

Answer
I believe the prop you're referring to is a salesman's screw display containing punches and dies in addition to screws, all arranged in an artistic pattern. This would fit in with Tim having been a salesman for Binford before he got the job hosting Tool Time.
