Question True Hollywwood states that Home Improvement star Zachary Ty Bryan was engaged to actress Carly Matros but when you search the net, it states that he is married to film actress Cori Carter? Who is he married to? Was he engaged twice?

Unfortunately, I can't provide you with a definitive answer. Like you, I've found some sources which state he was married in 2002 to Cori Carter and others which merely say he is engaged to Carly Matros, a longtime friend, to wed this summer after two years of dating. There have been recent pictures of him and Matros together so this much definitely seems legitimate.
It's possible that either the Cori Carter marriage is misinformation that spread (and it's only found in a few places, so that's conceivable) or they really were married and it didn't work and ended sometime before 2004. If that was the case, though, you'd think there be some information on that, but then Zachery was out of the limelight for some time.
So, sadly, your guess is as good as mine. And if I had to make a bet, I'd say that the Cori Carter information is false and unverifiable. Sorry that I could not determine a definitive answer.
