When sending me questions, please make sure you provide me with as much information on your equipment as possible. I would like to know if you have HDMI,Optical and or Digital Coaxial ports. Do not forget to include make and model of your equipment......Thanks

Question
I have a LG home cinema system and a LG plasma TV.If I connect the 2 with a hdmi cable i get no picture or sound.I have switched the hdmi on ,on the dvd player and also the simplink button on the remote of the plasma.Still nothing. If I use therca leads everything works, any help please.I am going insane!!!!Any other websites I can check?

Answer
Hello Louis,
Your question is not very clear to me, nor have you provided me with model numbers of your systems. Anyhow, you should make sure that you are connecting HDMI "OUT" of the Home Cinema to HDMI "IN" on your TV.
Then if all fails, you need to call LG support and see if they have any resolution to the non functioning HDMI.
Thanks
