Question
Today when I came home and turned on my TV and home theater system I noticed the screen on my RCA RT2350 wasn't working. On a closer inspection it was working but it was very dim.I went to RCA's website and they had nothing on the RT2350.So I'm turning to you.

Answer
Hi Jake,

The illumination for the screens on units like your RCA can be as simple as a small lamp or more complicated depending on the type of screen. About all I can advise you to do is to get it looked at by a local servicer. RCA should have a customer service section on their web site that has a list of servicers for their equipment. Might be a quick, easy and cheap fix,but maybe not--ask for an estimate. This is a very inexpensive unit and not worth spending a lot on to fix its screen.

Hope this gives you food for thought. If so, and you have more questions, just come back in with a follow up.
