Hello Doctor,
    My wife is 25 years old,we have a baby boy,1 and half years old.Before 10 months she got a slight pain in the hip,when it progressed we did a MRI.The result was AVN of hip Grade-1,but after second opinion from radiologists,it was concluded as Osteophorosis.She was taking Calcium supplements and Frosomax.When MRI was repeated before three months,the result was confusing..its earlier Osteoporosis and AVN has started from that time.But the doctor told to take a complete rest and prescribed the same calcium supplements.
Now we repeated the MRI today,and we are asked to take a CT also.The result they is AVN and it has to be treated surgically.A core decompression has to be done on femoral heads.
We are really tired don't know what is nest,as my wife is young and we have small child.

Kindly let us know is there any treatment available for this in homeopathy.Is surgery needed for this problem?.How long time it will take to get cured in homeopathy.

First of all the main culprit in your case may be Calcium tablets. The general feeling is that loss of calcium will improve by supplementing calcium. But fact is bit different. this is true only in cases where the normal food contain less calcium, whereas in case of calcium assimilation problem the things become worse with the calcium supplement.

Avascular necrosis (also osteonecrosis, aseptic (bone) necrosis, ischemic bone necrosis, and AVN) is a disease resulting from the temporary or permanent loss of the blood supply to an area of bone.Without blood, the bone tissue dies and the bone collapses. If avascular necrosis involves the bones of a joint, it often leads to destruction of the joint articular surfaces

in the above case there is no point with calcium suppliants. the definition itself is clear about this.

you can definitely get help from homeopathy, first stop further destruction by correcting the blood flow, slowly regenerate the bones and bring back your wife to do her normal life in dew course of time.
