Hi doc my nmae is Pankaj. I am a male of 22 .since last 2 weeks i am experiencing rapid heart beat. Whole day i remain normal but when i eat dinner i start sweating and after some time when i go to sleep rapid heart beat starts and i am unable to sleep for a long time. After some time when rapid heart beat stops i go to sleep. I am very worried.It only happens at night and not at daytime.I also experience some vibration in my legs and it is more intense on my left side including heart also. I have no disease. I dont drink or smoke. I am a vegeterian . No family history of heart disease. Only my father is suffering from type 2 diabetes at 50. The only problem i have is that i am overweight by 10 -15 kgs. Please help me.

Heart beats can be with disease or because of some disease or of some emotional disturbance. A through checkup is needed in your case. Once problem is found homoeopathic medicine would be able to fix the problem easily. overweight can be reduced with taking phytolacca barry tablets and by adopting naturopathy.
