Question
They say an old patient is better than a new doctor.

I had several ailments in the past Asthama, Epilepsy, Varicocele, Infertility, Septal deviation, chronic sinus, cicumcision, 7 other surgeries. Been a very troublesome mind and body combination.

Due to my busy schedule and non-availability of qualified homeopaths nearby, I did some reading and was convinced that I am a Lycopodium Constitution

(Right side complaints, crave sweet and warm drinks, coward within, outwardly pretend confidence, like to have company but scared of commitment, nervous, anxious, Always right nostril is blocked, liver is sluggish, constipated, dream of wars and massive construction activity, talented but under-utilised, impotent (in the mind), nose block for last 4 years and relieved in open air, blocked again when in warm room, skin dirty complexion -greyish, enormous amount of Gas in the belly, Hypertension and constricted chest, feel miserable in the morning with vertigo and gas. severe facial tics)

The only option I had was to go to a nearby store and buy Lycop 30 c. I took 3 doses a day for last 10 days.

On the 2nd day I had sinus aggravated, sleep disturbed, severe headache, restless.

3rd day restlessness reduced. After 7 days I had thick clots of blood coming out of my nose and suddenly after many years I had my nose cleared of all blocks. In fact my ear was always stuffed and it eased completely. I can hear better and no discomfort.
Constipation is gone, confidence and clear thinking is back. I think I took the right decision in the absence of qualified professionals nearby.

Now my problem is I have great great loathing towards my parents and spouse. I feel they ruined my life. That is fine. The problem is I am extremely agitated to that point that I am abusive about them while alone. I realised that I am shouting abuses on my father with my helmet on while driving only when a passer by gave a surprised look. This is even before taking lycop. I am like a schizophrenic.

I have all the background for Staphysagria. My gut feeling says that it can be administered to remove my life time stress.

Some doc in the past gave me Nux Vomica. No use. I am not NV. NV's are fighters and do not end up as failures though they ruin their health. I am a fighter but give up when under pressure like an escapist.

I  have good erections, though with immense pain under the scrotum at perineum. I dont consider myself impotent, after lycop, but the problem is my ejaculate is very less - less than 0.8 CC.

My questions (pardon me for seeking advice with a background of self medication being considered stupidity. I have no access to a trustworthy professional.)

1. With Lycop 30C working wonders, how do I administer Staph and what potency? One important aspect here is I have tremendous craving for Smoking.
2. With the given symptoms above, I have furnished my entire personality, do you think my evaluation is correct?
3. With a varicocele surgery done and fertility restored, I am concerened about quantity. My last sperm count was 60 m/ml with 40% active and 50% sluggish. How can I improve on qty of semen?

please read by number for each question

1)Homeopathic remedy selection must be always patient oriented and never disease oriented.
though a lot of books suggest the remedy as above the Organon is very clear telling to treat the patient and not disease at all. But as you considered a lot of symptoms carefully and after taking Lycopodium you felt better in all most all levels you need not think of any other remedy at all. But Homeopathy has 3 basic rules to be thought of namely 1)Similimum (single remedy) 2) minimum dose 3)minimum repetition. Though you followed the first rule you did not follow the other rules. so kindly stop Lycopodium and wait for it to compleat the action. I am sure one by one all problems will reduce. only patience needed. if you find after a month or so still problems did not go or some problem is increasing just take a single dose of lycopodium 200 and wait may be 1 or 2 months. you will find wonderful cure incase your remedy selection is correct. ( belive it is correct)

2) with given symptoms above no good homeopath can select a remedy as no patient information is available other than generals available in the above. A patient information is like this mind, sensations, and generals, disease information only for the sake of understanding unless there is any peculiar symptom available.
3)  with out knowing age and other details i am not able to comment on your 3rd part. But a correct remedy will do everyting for a patient which is needed for the patient and not wanted for the pateint.

as old patient is better than a doctor i just guided you to the real classical homeopathic care than normal homeopathic treatments available in books. they are ok for small problems but when patient has several diseases you should not adopt disease based treatment.

it is difficult for me to explain better than this as further explanations need a lot of typing work which i am not good.
