Question I have an ECM code of 41 and a TCM code of 9. Can you direct me as to how to proceed? Is there a source for the diagnostic codes?

Code 41: Oxygen sensor aka:O2 sensor. Visually inspect connector/wiring/general state of the O2 sensor.
Code 9: Vehicle speed sensor, This is a very common component that fails on Hondas from 1990 to 1997.
