Question
Two issues:  (1) The Odometer and Trip meter stopped working; speedometer is OK.  (2) Radiator Cooling Fan intermittently turns on and off after engine is off.

Answer
Speedometer head assembly may be at fault for the odometer/trip meter non operation.
If you had said that the speedometer was not working, then I would have told you to check in to the VSS(Vehicle Speed Sensor). But the speedometer is working.
As far as the fan(s), the engine compartment has a temperature sensor (Engine Coolant Temperature Switch B) that decides when the fans come on if the engine compartment temperature is too high after the engine is shut off. This switch is located at the right of the cylinder head and it is the bigger sensor on the front part. 2 pin connector with WHT/GRN & BLK wires at the connector.
