Question
QUESTION: Whenever I make a sharp right-hand turn I hear a "pop" noise coming from what I believe is the passenger hand side of the car.  Would this be my axle or ball joint or what is it that could be wrong?

ANSWER: Please send all vehicle information including mileage.

QUESTION: 2001 Honda Civic EX 2 Dr Coupe 5 Speed Manual

139,000 miles

Answer
Check the lower control arm "Bushing", the one towards the front of the lower control arm.
That is a common cause of "Popping" sound in 01-05 Civics.
That bushing may be torn by now. If it is or if both sides are torn, then they will need to be replaced.
It will show better if the front of the vehicle is lifted & the suspension is "Hanging".
