Honda Repair - Blower Motor

Expert: Anthony Marsiglia - 10/22/2007

Question
I need to replace the blower motor for a 1988 Honda Accord DX but I am not sure of the location can you give me some idea where it it located and what is the best way to go about the repair?

Answer
It will be under the dash on the passenger side.If you stick your head under the glove compartment you'll see a black circular thing about 7 or 8 inches wide, there should be three 8mm bolts or phillips head screws holding it in, it will have one 2 wire plug.  Just unplug it, remove the 3 bolts or screws, and let it drop. Installation reverse of removal.
