We are traveling to Honduras in early February and I am curious how much meals are going to cost us in American dollars. Could you estimate how much a regular dinner would cost and how much an average drink or beer would cost in American dollars? Thanks!

Hi,  Prices depend on where you want to eat or drink and the city where you're going.  Prices at a casual restaurant or bar  (Applebees type place) in Roatan, San Pedro Sula or Tegucigalpa would be around $8-$10 for a meal and around $1.50 for a beer, soft drinks are about $2.  In Utila it's about 20% cheaper.  
There are many cheaper options of places to eat that would cost you around $4-$5 for a meal and $1.00 for a beer.  Have a nice trip.
