Question
Is there any important statues, government buildings, and or monuments?

Answer
Kevona,

Sure, just like any other place you go.  The most important building in any town you go to in Honduras is the Catholic church which is often in the town center.  You will see statues of people like Francisco Morazan and Jose Cecilio de Valle.  There are lots of Mayan ruins to see.  There is the President's home and the Congress.

Have fun seeing them,

Paul
