I would appreciate any help you can give me. I am going to Honduras for a month to visit my fiance. Is there a way for him to travel to mexico with me to see other family?

I am not positive on this, but if he is a Honduran citizen and doesn't have a US green card or something of the sort (i.e. with another country) I believe that he will have to apply for a VISA prior to going to Mexico.  

Mexico will just give US citizens a travel VISA when they show up in the airport.  But they don't do that for all countries and I believe Honduras is one of them.  Your best bet is to look for a Mexico website that lists out all of their VISA requirements.  But I would guess that he will need to apply in advance.  Unfortunately, they are pretty strict about letting people from Central American countries cross their border.
