Honduras - Duty Free allowance

Expert: JRA - 5/6/2004

Question
Hola JRA, we are flying to Honduras this weekend to visit our daughter. She sent us a list of things to bring for her BUT we do not know what the duty free allowance is. Amount of liquor, ?

Can you advise?

Thanks, best regards

Answer
Hi, I don't think that there would be any problems as long as it is a reasonable amount of liquor.  I don't think that there is a fixed amount that you are allowed to bring.  I would guess that as long as the alcohol fits in your baggage and that that is not the ONLY thing you bring in there it will be fine.
Have a nice trip.
