QUESTION: My fiance and I are planning a honeymoom for feb 16th-22nd.  We want somewhere affordable and warm with a fishing excersion.

In terms of affordable, that depends on your definition -- what is your budget.  And also, where are you departing from.

QUESTION: We were hoping to keep the total cost below $2500-3000 (airfare,lodging,meals).  Departing from central wisonsin (madison?)

My top recommendations would be Cancun/Riviera Maya (Mexico's Caribbean side), Cabo (Mexico's Pacific with great fishing), and Jamaica.  Opt for an all-inclusive resort for the best overall value.
