My fiance and I are planning a honeymoom for feb 16th-22nd. We want somewhere affordable and warm with a fishing excersion.

Warm in February will include South Florida, Hawaii, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

In terms of affordable, that depends on your definition -- what is your budget. And also, where are you departing from.
