Honeymoons/wedding

Question
I need help planning a destination wedding for September 2009. My budget is $4000. This amount includes everything from airfare, hotel, service, and all that goes into the service, entertainment once we are there, etc. We would be departing out of BWI airport. Obviously some of my concerns are the validity of the marriage license, the quality of the honeymoon, the quietness (we must have quite and peace), the weather and the flight length. I prefer flights under 8 hours. We live in Pennsylvania (if that helps).

Do you know of any places, ideas, or suggestions on where to go, how to get there, and marriage service suggestions?

Thanks

Answer
Hi Tom,

Well, flight prices are not out for that time frame yet, but we could get some ideas together for Sept 2008 so you have an idea of what you will do.  I don't give out recommendations through this site, as I base my recommendations on criteria you would provide in addition to what you have mentioned here.  I do have some ideas but will need a bit more information from you first.  If you would like to email me directly we can go through some ideas.

Thank you,
