Hello Steve,
It depends on where you are flying from as well as your budget.  Generally speaking, I can recommend Punta Cana area in Dom Rep, Antigua, St. Lucia, Jamaica, and Mexico's Riviera Maya (just south of Cancun).  If you'd like more specific information, I'd need to know departure city/budget/approx dates of travel.
