Question Back in the 80's there was a movie where a disturbed family living in a cabin. I am sure that there was a lake of some sort. I also remember the the name Fanny being in it. Whom I am thinking to be Fanny is the mother and obese. I would really love to know what the name of this movie was I have tried but it seems to not exist.

I believe the movie you are looking for might be "American Gothic", which came out in 1988. The character of Fanny in the movie was overweight and "child-like", but was actually the daughter, I believe. The mother in the movie was played by Yvonne DeCarlo, who was Lily Munster on "The Munsters". Thanks for writing!.
