Question Is there a formal written book of rules and regulations regarding thoroughbred training? If so, where might I find a copy? Thank you, Vince
Answer Vince,
Each state that allows racing has its own set of rules and regulations. You need to contact your state's racing geverning body and ask for a copy. It is probably available on the Web as well.
But beyondthat, each track has its own rules, too, which are found in that track's condition book.
