What is the difference in speed ratings between Nad Al Sheba (UAE) and American tracks specifically Churchill Downs?

Hi John,
        In 7 years of answering questions on All Experts I have never been completly stumped-------until now. I have no idea what the difference may be.
However, its a valid question so I would ask some major clubs in the USA and also Nad Al Sheba, www.jockeysite.com It is likely that the Sheiks have trainers in the US who will know the answer as well.
