Horse Racing/No claiming price

Question
Hollywood Park June 20th Race 6

Race is carded as Open $40k, not Optional Clm.

Two entries show no claiming price in the form, Maquina and Romeo Royale. Any ideas?

Answer
Actually, this is an easy question.  You didn't say where you got the information above, but the track program shows that Maquina is an overnight scratch and Romeo Royale has been entered not to be claimed under CHRB Rule 1634.  That rule applies to horses returning from a layoff and it's mentioned at the bottom of the page in the program.

Good luck!
