Horse Racing/blowing horse a roarer

Hello ma'am. Regarding this blowing horse in the video link I have attached, can I term this horse as a roarer? or ROARING is different type of sound made by horses?

This horse does not sound like a roaring horse on the video.

Roaring is usually caused by laryngeal hemiplegia, and sounds different that the horse in your video.  A roaring horse will make a sound upon inhaling, the horse in the video is only making a breathing sound exhaling, which is normal.

Thank you,
