Question
no noseband
no noseband
hi ma'am. i really wonder how come trainers remove the noseband of a horse. may i know why? surprising thing is most of them won without a noseband at our racetrack.

Answer

Each trainer has their own methods and preferences so there is not just one, simple answer to your question. Also, each horse is an individual with different characteristics, therefore you need to know what works on each horse and what doesn't.

If you would like to know more about training racehorses,  I suggest www. racehorseresources. com.  The digital download version contains literally thousands of pages of training information as well as equine first aid and hoof care.
